The automatic milk powder filling line is designed for efficient and hygienic filling of milk powder and similar dry powder products into cans. The complete line integrates UV bottle sterilization, weighing type powder filling, vacuum nitrogen flushing and can sealing, can surface cleaning, capping and bottle collection. It is especially suitable for powdered food products that require accurate dosing, hygienic handling and protection from oxygen during packaging. Typical applications include infant milk powder, adult milk powder, nutrition powder, protein powder, meal replacement powder, dairy powder and other fine powder products.

The weighing type filling system is suitable for applications where filling accuracy and weight consistency are important. The vacuum nitrogen flushing and sealing process helps reduce oxygen inside the can and provides better protection for products that are sensitive to oxidation, moisture and aroma loss.

The empty cans are first fed into the bottle unscrambler, which automatically arranges and transfers the cans into the production line. The cans then enter the UV sterilization machine, where air blowing, UV sterilization and ionized air cleaning help remove static, hair and dust. The sterilized cans then enter the weighing type powder filling machine. The large screw first fills most of the target weight, while the small screw completes the remaining dosage based on real time weighing feedback for accurate filling. After filling, the cans enter the vacuum nitrogen flushing and sealing machine. The machine automatically completes vacuuming, nitrogen filling and can sealing. The sealed cans then pass through the can cleaning machine, which removes powder and dust from the outer surface. Finally, the cleaned cans enter the cap pressing machine for cap placement and pressing, by the bottle collecting machine for organized discharge and collection.
