Features of automatic bottle rinsing washing machine
1. It primarily consists of a bottle-gripping belt, a conveyor belt, and a water-air cleaning mechanism. It can be used in conjunction with a filling line or as a standalone bottle-washing system.
2. Bottles are fed from the bottle-gripping belt to the conveyor belt, where they are gripped by the bottle-gripping device and flipped into the cleaning system. A high-pressure pump pressurizes the bottles and then injects water for a water-washing process, completing both the water-washing and air-washing steps.
3. The entire machine utilizes a corrosion-resistant SUS304 frame, ensuring a long service life.
4. Easy operation and maintenance are simplified, and the machine allows for easy interchangeability (no parts replacement is required within the compatible range), ensuring high bottle cleanliness.
